Payment Processing Is Separate.
When your customers pay invoices online, Stripe processes the payment and charges its own fees, which vary by payment method. Those fees are separate from your Mero subscription, and Mero adds nothing on top. Online payments are available to businesses in the United States.

- Are there limits on inventory or users?
- No. Every plan has unlimited inventory and unlimited team members, with roles to decide who sees what.
- Do I need a demo or a sales call to start?
- No. Create an account, import your data and start working. Your first month is free.
- How does the annual plan work?
- You pay $999 once a year instead of $99 a month — $83.25 a month, or $189 less over the year.
- Are payment processing fees included?
- No. When your customers pay online, Stripe charges its own processing fees on each payment. Those are separate from your Mero subscription, and Mero adds no fee on top.
- Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
- No. Importing your inventory, customers and suppliers is self-serve and included.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. You manage your subscription yourself from Settings, through Stripe's billing portal.
